FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is the deposit requirement?
To secure your event, a 50% deposit + 9% GST as a deposit is required. This amount will be offset from your total bill on the day of the event. Until the deposit has been made, the date remains unblocked. Availability of desired date will be on a first come first serve basis.
What does the minimum spend include?
Minimum spend applies to food and beverage consumption on the day of the event and is subject to prevailing 9% GST and service charge.
What happens if the minimum spend is not met?
A venue fee of difference will be charged should the minimum spend not be met.
What is the standard event duration?
Every event is based on a 4 hour basis. In the event where an extension is required, you may liaise with our events manager - extension is subject to additional cost to minimum spending
What is the cancellation policy?
Any changes or cancellation made by the event client within 7 days prior to event will result in a forfeit of deposit.
When is the final menu selection and deposit due?
Final menu selection and deposit to be made 14 days prior to the event.
When can the event setup be done?
All set-ups to be done on the event day itself. Kindly liaise with our events manager on the time of set-up.
What are the teardown requirements?
All tear-down should be done at the end of the event, or during non-operational hours the following day between 3-4pm. Sundays are not included.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Food & beverage should be entirely provided by our venue. However, there may be exceptions that can be accepted on a case-by-case basis after liaison has been done with our events manager.
Is there a corkage fee?
Wine corkages are at $50++ per 750ml bottle and strictly no outside spirits are allowed.
