Unofficially the representative dish of Little India, briyani is a universally enjoyed labour of love that always brings joy when served at meals. Translated into a drink, we made a bryani tincture to incorporate with a basmati makgeolli and ghee sake.

Bringing back the old time favourite cocktail but in tap system. Inspired by Buffalo Road itself, this is our take on a Gin and Ton- ic (which was created in India during Colonial times). Fresh and native Indian ingredients are flown in, with pink guava and vetiver being some of the few ingredients that caught our eyes.

Inspired by the famous Little India flower shop located on Camp- bell lane. While generations of families have bought jasmine flow- ers from the shop into their homes, so have we. Fresh jasmine flowers fermented with honey - a nod to the bees that buzz cheerfully around the shop.

A herb and a spice at the same time, the Fenugreek, uncommon- ly seen in other cuisines brings the INDIAN into this contrasting combo (passionfruit). A herbaceous aroma compliments its’ sour counterpart in this drink and that is Indian as F**k.
