Unofficially the representative dish of Little India, briyani is a universally enjoyed labour of love that always brings joy when served at meals. Translated into a drink, we made a bryani tincture to incorporate with a basmati makeolli and ghee sake.

BROWN AND STORMY
Mount Gay Eclipse, Indian ginger, Dried chilli.
A twist on the the famous classic, the Dark and Stormy. The dried chilli and Indian ginger gives this refreshing tall drink an extra kick.

Gin, Pink guava, Vetiver
Bringing back the old time favourite cocktail but in tap system. Inspired by Buffalo Road itself, this is our take on a Gin and Tonic (which was created in India during Colonial times). Fresh and native Indian ingredients are flown in, with pink guava and vetiver being some of the few ingredients that caught our eyes.

Juno gin, Maruvam, Grapefruit, Maraschino cherry
A classic gin cocktail infused with maruvam and grapefruit. Maruvam is a crowd-pleaser of a herb that is aromatic and used in ancient ayurvedic practices. The grapefruit is added to balance the other ingredients that are much more flavorful.

Inspired by the classic creamy and well-balanced Ramos fizz cocktail. We go full indian by adding Indian ginger, roasted cumin seeds and our housemade spiced cream. Step aside Ramos, its Ramu's time.

Flower Crab distillate, Rasam, Tamarind, Cherry plum
Spiced crab rasam is a delicacy in South India. Known to be an immunity booster when you are suffering from flu.

Johnnie Walker Black, Clarified soy, Turmeric leaf kombucha
Teh Halia. A famous ginger tea that is served in Tekka Market. We replace the tea with Tumeric leaf kombucha for a dry and spiced taste. Garnished with handpicked Sri Lankan cinnamon.

Coffee and prawn vadai are staples during evening tea time and only in Singapore. We did a Bru Coffee Distillate incorporated with banana Syrup. Shrimp fritters to finish the cocktail off.

A cocktail that uses traditional preservation and fermentation methods. Pickled mango and fermented coconut. A classic favorite amongst working Indians in the early days of Singapore.

Our take on the negroni. We used wild mangosteens from India. This is our unique spin on a savoury negroni.
